Waitlist Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your participation in the Involv Assure early access waitlist and referral program. By joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

The short version: We’re offering genuine rewards to early supporters. These terms exist to prevent abuse and ensure fairness for everyone. If you’re signing up in good faith, you have nothing to worry about.

1. Definitions

“Involv,” “we,” “us,” “our”
refers to Involv Pty Ltd.
“Assure”
refers to the Involv Assure AML/CTF compliance software platform.
“Waitlist”
refers to the early access registration list for Assure at assurewaitlist.involv.com.au.
“Waitlist Member,” “you,” “your”
refers to any individual or entity that registers for the Waitlist.
“Referral Program”
refers to the system by which Waitlist Members can earn rewards by referring others to join the Waitlist.
“Qualified Referral”
refers to a new Waitlist registration that meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 5.
“Converted Referral”
refers to a Qualified Referral who subsequently becomes a paid subscriber to any Assure plan.
“Launch Date”
refers to the date on which Assure becomes generally available to Waitlist Members, anticipated to be prior to July 1, 2026.
“Reward Expiry Date”
refers to June 30, 2026 at 11:59pm AEST, after which all Waitlist rewards cease to be available to new registrations.

2. Waitlist Tier Rewards

2.1 Reward Tiers

Waitlist Members are assigned to reward tiers based on the order in which they join:

2.2 Tier Assignment

Your tier is determined by your waitlist position at the time of registration. Waitlist position is assigned sequentially based on the timestamp of your completed registration.

2.3 “Lifetime” and “For Life” Defined

Where we refer to “lifetime” or “for life” discounts or access:

  • This means the discount or access applies for as long as you maintain an active, continuous Assure subscription.
  • If your subscription lapses (non-payment, cancellation, or account closure) for more than 60 days, lifetime benefits are forfeited.
  • Lifetime benefits apply to the subscribing entity (individual or firm) and are not transferable to other entities.
  • Lifetime benefits apply to the Assure product line. If Involv discontinues Assure or replaces it with a successor product, we will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent benefits on the successor product.

2.4 First 100: Essentials Plan Details

The “Lifetime Free Essentials” reward includes:

  • Access to the Assure Essentials plan features as defined at Launch Date
  • Two (2) user seats
  • Standard support
  • Access to the First 100 private community (a dedicated channel for early adopters to provide feedback and receive priority updates)

It does not include:

  • Additional seats beyond two (standard pricing applies for additional seats)
  • Features exclusive to Growth, Firm, or Enterprise plans
  • Add-on products (e.g., Independent Review Pack, Success Plans) unless separately earned through the Referral Program
  • Priority support or dedicated account management

If a First 100 member wishes to upgrade to a higher-tier plan (Growth, Firm, Enterprise), standard pricing for that tier applies, less a 20% loyalty discount for the first 12 months.

2.5 Next 100: 50% Discount Scope

The 50% lifetime discount applies to:

  • Monthly subscription fees for the Assure Essentials plan
  • Additional seat fees within the Essentials plan

It does not apply to:

  • Growth, Firm, or Enterprise plans (standard pricing applies to these tiers)
  • One-time implementation fees (if applicable)
  • Add-on products purchased separately (Independent Review Pack, Success Plans)
  • Third-party integrations or services

The Free Independent Review Pack (Year 1) is provided at no charge for the first 12 months following your account activation. Standard pricing applies from Year 2 onward.

2.6 Waitlist Club: 20% Discount Scope

The 20% lifetime discount applies to:

  • Monthly subscription fees for the Assure Essentials plan
  • Additional seat fees within the Essentials plan

It does not apply to:

  • Growth, Firm, or Enterprise plans (standard pricing applies to these tiers)
  • One-time implementation fees (if applicable)
  • Add-on products purchased separately
  • Third-party integrations or services

The Free Plus Success Plan (Year 1) is provided at no charge for the first 12 months following your account activation. Standard pricing applies from Year 2 onward.

2.7 Discount Limitations

All waitlist discounts (50% for Next 100, 20% for Waitlist Club) apply to monthly subscription plans only.

Higher discounts may be available through Assure’s standard multi-year subscription plans. These multi-year discounts are available to all Assure customers and are not exclusive to Waitlist Members.

If you elect a multi-year plan, you will receive the greater of:

  • Your waitlist discount applied to the monthly-equivalent rate, or
  • Assure’s standard multi-year discount

Discounts are not additive in this context.

2.8 Upgrading to Higher-Tier Plans

If a Next 100 or Waitlist Club member wishes to upgrade from Essentials to a higher-tier plan (Growth, Firm, or Enterprise):

  • Standard pricing for the higher-tier plan applies
  • A 20% loyalty discount is available for the first 12 months following the upgrade
  • Waitlist lifetime discounts do not transfer to higher-tier plans

2.9 Reward Expiry

All waitlist tier rewards are available only to registrations completed before the Reward Expiry Date (June 30, 2026 at 11:59pm AEST). Registrations completed after the Reward Expiry Date will receive standard pricing with no waitlist discounts.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Who Can Join

The Waitlist is open to:

  • Individuals who are principals, partners, directors, or employees of professional services firms captured by AUSTRAC Tranche 2 regulations (including but not limited to accountants, tax agents, lawyers, conveyancers, real estate agents, and bookkeepers)
  • Authorised representatives of such firms

3.2 One Registration Per Entity

Each business entity (firm, practice, or company) is entitled to one Waitlist registration and one set of tier rewards.

If multiple individuals from the same firm register, only the first registration will be entitled to tier rewards. Subsequent registrations from the same firm will be merged with the original registration.

We determine “same firm” by reference to:

  • Matching business names or ABN/ACN
  • Matching email domains (excluding generic domains like gmail.com)
  • Other reasonable indicators of common ownership or control

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Registrations containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may be disqualified at our discretion.

3.4 Australian Entities

Assure is designed for Australian professional services firms subject to AUSTRAC regulation. Waitlist registration is open to Australian entities and individuals only at this time.

4. Referral Program

4.1 How It Works

Each Waitlist Member receives a unique referral link upon registration. When someone registers using your referral link, and that registration meets the criteria for a Qualified Referral, you earn credit toward referral rewards.

Certain referral rewards require your Qualified Referrals to become Converted Referrals (paid subscribers) before the reward is unlocked. See Section 4.3 for details.

4.3 Conversion Requirements

To prevent abuse and ensure program sustainability, certain referral rewards are only unlocked when a minimum number of your Qualified Referrals become paid subscribers (Converted Referrals) before 30 September 2026.

Example: To unlock the Free Independent Review Pack (3-referral reward), you must have at least 3 Qualified Referrals, of which at least 1 has become a paid Assure subscriber.

Rewards are unlocked once both the Qualified Referral count and the Converted Referral count thresholds are met. You will be notified by email when a reward is unlocked.

4.4 Reward Stacking

Referral rewards are cumulative. If you achieve 5 Qualified Referrals with the required Converted Referrals, you receive the rewards for 1, 3, and 5 referrals (subject to each tier’s conversion requirements being met).

4.5 Founder Status: Discount Scope

The “Founder Status” reward provides an additional 20% discount on the Assure Essentials plan for life. This discount:

  • Applies to monthly subscription fees for the Essentials plan only
  • Stacks with your waitlist tier discount (see Section 4.6)
  • Does not apply to Growth, Firm, or Enterprise plans

If a Founder Status member wishes to upgrade to a higher-tier plan (Growth, Firm, Enterprise):

  • Standard pricing for the higher-tier plan applies
  • A 20% loyalty discount is available for the first 12 months following the upgrade
  • Neither the waitlist discount nor the Founder Status discount transfers to higher-tier plans

4.6 Discount Stacking

The Founder Status 20% discount stacks with your waitlist tier discount on the Essentials plan, up to a maximum combined discount of 60%.

Discounts do not stack beyond 60% under any circumstances. These combined discounts apply to the Essentials plan only. Higher-tier plans are subject to standard pricing with the 12-month loyalty discount as described in Section 4.5.

4.7 “Move Up 20 Positions” Explained

When you earn the 1-referral reward, your waitlist position number decreases by 20 (e.g., from #347 to #327). This does not change your tier assignment. Your tier is locked at the time of your original registration. Moving up positions provides earlier access during the staged launch rollout.

5. Qualified Referral Criteria

5.1 What Counts as a Qualified Referral

A referral is “Qualified” when all of the following are met:

  1. The referred person registers using your unique referral link
  2. The referred person completes the full registration process
  3. The referred person uses a valid, unique email address not previously registered
  4. The referred person represents a distinct business entity not previously registered
  5. The referred person’s registration is not flagged as fraudulent, duplicative, or abusive

5.2 What Counts as a Converted Referral

A Qualified Referral becomes a “Converted Referral” when:

  1. The referred person activates an Assure account
  2. The referred person subscribes to any paid Assure plan (Essentials, Growth, Firm, or Enterprise)
  3. The referred person completes at least one successful payment (first month’s subscription or annual payment)

Free trials, if offered, do not count toward conversion until a paid subscription commences.

5.3 What Does Not Count

The following do not count as Qualified Referrals:

  • Self-referrals (using your own link to create additional accounts)
  • Referrals from the same business entity (colleagues at your firm)
  • Registrations using disposable, temporary, or invalid email addresses
  • Registrations that are later identified as fraudulent
  • Registrations made after the Reward Expiry Date

The following do not count as Converted Referrals:

  • Free trial subscriptions (prior to first payment)
  • Subscriptions that are cancelled or refunded before the first payment clears
  • Subscriptions obtained through fraud or misrepresentation

5.4 Referral Validation and Timing

Qualified Referral credit is awarded provisionally upon registration and is subject to validation. We may remove credit if a referral is later determined to be non-qualifying.

Converted Referral credit is awarded after the referred user’s first successful payment has been processed and any applicable refund period has passed (typically 14 days).

You will receive email notifications when:

  • A Qualified Referral is credited to your account
  • A Qualified Referral becomes a Converted Referral
  • A referral reward is unlocked

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Program Abuse

The following conduct is prohibited and may result in disqualification from the Waitlist, forfeiture of rewards, and/or account termination:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple tier rewards
  • Using false identities or business information
  • Automated or scripted registration submissions
  • Incentivising referrals with cash, gifts, or other consideration beyond the rewards provided by Involv
  • Arranging for referrals to subscribe solely to unlock your rewards, with the intention that they cancel shortly after
  • Publicly misrepresenting the Waitlist terms, rewards, or Assure product
  • Spamming, unsolicited bulk messaging, or other intrusive referral tactics
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

6.2 Consequences

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Disqualify any registration or referral
  • Revoke or modify rewards (including retroactively if fraud is discovered)
  • Terminate Waitlist membership
  • Terminate Assure accounts activated under fraudulently obtained rewards
  • Recover the value of rewards obtained through abuse

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected parties, but are not obligated to do so in cases of clear abuse.

7. Modification and Termination

7.1 Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms at this URL. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered Waitlist Members. Changes to reward tiers or structures will not retroactively affect rewards already earned or tier assignments already made, except where necessary to address fraud or abuse.

7.2 Program Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the Waitlist or Referral Program at any time. In such event:

  • Waitlist tier rewards already assigned will be honoured
  • Referral rewards already unlocked will be honoured
  • Pending referrals (Qualified but not yet Converted) may not result in reward unlocking if the program terminates before conversion occurs
  • We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice

7.3 Product Changes

Assure is under active development. Features, pricing, and plan structures described in Waitlist materials are subject to change prior to and after Launch Date. Waitlist tier rewards are based on the plan structures in effect at Launch Date. If plan structures change materially, we will map your rewards to the nearest equivalent offering.

8. Privacy and Data

8.1 Information Collected

When you join the Waitlist, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Firm name (optional)
  • Profession and compliance status (if you complete the readiness quiz)
  • Referral source information

8.2 How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Manage your Waitlist registration and tier assignment
  • Track and credit referrals
  • Send you email communications about Assure (progress updates, launch notifications, onboarding)
  • Understand our audience and improve our product

8.3 Email Communications

By joining the Waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from Involv regarding Assure. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails (e.g., account activation, reward notifications) or your Waitlist registration.

8.4 Privacy Policy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 No Guarantee of Availability

While we intend to launch Assure and honour all Waitlist rewards, circumstances beyond our control may affect timing, features, or availability. Joining the Waitlist does not guarantee access to Assure or any specific features.

9.2 Rewards Subject to Account Activation

Waitlist tier rewards are contingent on you activating an Assure account within 60 days of receiving your account invitation. If you do not activate within this period, your tier rewards may be forfeited and reassigned.

9.3 Referral Rewards Subject to Conversion

Referral rewards that require Converted Referrals (see Section 4.3) are contingent on the relevant conversions occurring. There is no guarantee that your Qualified Referrals will become paid subscribers, and Involv is not responsible if conversion requirements are not met.

9.4 No Professional Advice

Assure is a software tool to assist with AML/CTF compliance. It does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice. You remain solely responsible for your compliance obligations under the AML/CTF Act and AUSTRAC regulations.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
